Has anyone found a solution for why Chromium seems to arbitrarily run slowly on some RPi4s? I am using a UHC class 1 SD card (Samsung Pro Endurance), and my RPi4 has equivalent scores to the few others I have seen posted on some other synthetic benchmarks (I know, not necessarily useful) so that seems to line up with what to expect, generally. ![]() To get an idea of how badly Chromium has been performing on my RPi I looked around for some benchmarks (I know, I know, not necessarily helpful) and my Speedometer 2.0 results are around 9.8, half of what most other folks are getting, and down around the same performance level as a Pi3B+. I have reinstalled Chromium(v88) twice and it has not helped. I have the latest Raspbian and did update/full upgrade as soon as I got it up and running. Everything seems to be normal EXCEPT for Chromium (v88). I just got my RPi4 not long ago and have been trying to get a baseline for its performance. ![]() I've been having a somewhat similar problem. ![]()
